No elevator (lift) but with cockroaches and rooms needed maintenance
8.0Price wise location and staff very good BUT lady owner very arrogant treating customers like she deals with her staff. Property is at least 2 buildings and under renovation. The main building lobby area is modern light green light wood relaxing feel as a SPA. Rooms, 315 sink problems as well pipes on shower. They let doors open windows open but when you close the humidity smell is there. They gave me choose on other building I stayed in 201. Not that intense smell but still. Worst was old linen bed sheets although clean and smell clean and the sherry top was 3 cockroaches come out from AC area😬🤔 Base on that how many stars can you give? Management or owner is to blame not staff
− Location very close to the Ao Nang beach although is on top of high pavement hill can demand extra energy for elderly people because there is no elevator. By the way is worth to check where ends the emergency stairwell 😬😬😬

9.0Clean and spacious rooms. They accommodated us on ground floor on request. Staff cooperative. Location is excellent as beach is on 5 mins walk. Food and other requirements available nearby
