8.0I liked everything about the property and service. Friendly service. Freshly cooked breakfast. Wonderful support staff. Perfect location at the entrance of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and the entrance to the city of Olangapo. Clean facilities. Though, the building is dated.

2.0The room is in a very bad condition. the bed and pillow is very hard. the tiles is shaking, no shower door or curtain. cockroach inside the room. tiles in shower is moldy. the outside garden is not maintain. Very dirty.

4.0I stayed in this hotel and a lot of things need to be upgraded. There is no hot water when taking a shower, the light fixtures in the bathroom is not working, and it is not a keyless door in which is it unsafe to leave important stuff in the room.
