− El jacuzzi no era con agua caliente, se sentía muy fría y el espejo del baño estaba muy alto.
Overall our stay was pleasant.
8.0The servers were excellent. Eric, Herson, Alexandra, Will and Pacheco, the maintenance guy. The staff made our stay very comfortable. The view was spectacular, and the pools were cooling. The whole place is neatly maintained, and our room was always cleaned very neatly. The staff was very accommodating. The spa had a lady who is physical therapist and gives great massages.
− Online it said that there was a small gym, however, there was none. We stayed at the room, Caracol for 10 days. Our room apparently was the smallest room, and our shower had no enclosed door. The shower had a small glass covering mostly just the shower area and the water leaked outside onto the floor if we turned the faucet strong.
