A clean room in a minimally acceptable environment, Expensive due to time of year.
5.0Location in the center of the city. You can easily walk to anything in Gaylord - FYI it is a tiny City!
− The Clerk/Owner (I assume) was not very friendly and welcoming. There was a very distinct aroma in the small lobby - various cooking spices? Upon entering the room, the smell of disinfectant was overwhelming. The countertop with the wash basin is very high. I believe that is due to using a one piece post form countertop - wall to wall - and having to accommodate a small refrigerator under it. Building the countertop at a traditional height would have required a "step" up for the refrigerator which would have made the installation more expensive.

− Room smelt like smoke, stains on bedding, pillows were old and sheets and pillow case old and very used.
