− The staff at the reception was quick and efficient but not friendly Also the air conditioning in the room was super noisy and impossible to turn off

10.0A pleasant room stay at a hotel in an awesome location on Wacker Drive, if you're interested in easily checking out highlights of downtown Chicago. Front desk staff were friendly, room accommodations were fine (A/C, turning the room, etc.). I'd be glad to return.
Not accommodating to special needs
2.0We booked this hotel 3-4 months and spoke to a national representative to make accommodations for a handicapped room that joins with another room to accommodate my 90 year old mother-in-law. When we arrived, the front desk person they don’t guarantee either specifications, . This should be against ADA laws. If this was the case, the hotel should have these things noted should be in the national database. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you have special jeeds do not book hete, .
