− Pölyä paljon ei oltu siivottu kunnolla ja muutamia muita haasteita kuten ovi ei mennyt alussa lukkoon.

4.0Lo mejor es el desayuno por convenio que tienen con la cafetería Blackbird, que está literalmente pegada y los desayunos son abundantes y super rico.
− La puerta del baño no cerraba. Encima era una puerta granero mal reemplazada. Nos dejó una fea sensación. No se correspondía fiel a las fotos porque parecía todo. Los colores de las toallas, por favor, verdes y otras marrones. No tenía sábana y lo único que cubría era una manta muy calorosa. Malas terminaciones tenía por todos lados. Por ejemplo el aire no tenía sellado y filtraba luz.

− I arrived and l have to wait 20 min until Someone came from check in. I have to wash my hair kneeling bc no water pressure main shower faucet. No safety box. No toiletries

8.0The staff were so lovely and able to cater to all of our needs, we rented a motorbike from the hotel which was very convenient and had a lovely breakfast with coffee included every morning. They had a really nice cafe next door.
− The plumbing system could use a bit of improvement, shower pressure wasn’t great but I think this is an El Nido infrastructure issue more so than the hotel.

− The walk ways are poor. Plates with loose stones. Not a garden in its actual meaning.
