Отель по работе в Самаре на твердую "четверку"...
10.0Пара ночей в командировке и хватит. Отель искал по расположению, максимально близко к месту работы. Отель находится в частном секторе, граничившем с новостройками. Не сразу удалось проехать к отелю, дороги перекопаны и перегорожены. На стоянку мой автомобиль с прицепом не влез. Спасибо огромное девушке на ресепшн, открыла ворота и пустила на внутренний двор. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный. Очень понравился завтрак))) Это полноценная ШВЕДКА)) Каша, закуски, салаты, даже торта летки с красной икрой. Шумоизоляция между номерами хорошая, но между номером и коридором не очень.

все плюсы и минусы проживания
4.0Впервые остановились в данном отеле и реально разочаровались. сам отель и дизайн отеля прекрасен, но чистота номера неудовлетворительная, в душевой кабинке начала образовываться плесень. В процессе проживания двух суток нам поменяли номер класса полулюкс, так как в душевой кабинке не сливалась вода после душа, а застеленное белье на кровати было в пятнах которые очевидно не отстирались. Также в номере отсутствовал ковер, про который даже администратор уже забыла что они сдали его в химчистку и очевидно забыли его забрать обратно. Местоположение отеля неплохое. Завтраки даже очень приличные, но при окончании сока в графиках, на следующее утро наливают лимонад что очень не понятно, мягко сказать! В день отъезда отключили всю воду в отеле и невозможно было вообще что либо сделать, на улице +30*, а персонал самостоятельно даже не принял экстренные меры для обеспечения гостей отеля бутилированной водой! Бутилировання вода появилась у гостей отеля после того как сами гости порекомендовали администратору отеля так сделать!

10.0Хороший уютный отель. В черте города, но не на шумной улице. Номер эконом вполне заслуживает 4 звезды. Чисто. Есть все что необходимо.
