6.0The university residence room is exactly that. A university residence, common room with TV, shared bathroom and shower, common area with kettle and microwave. Very similar to camping but in a room with a bed. We were there during a heat wave with no AC and we were not offered a fan for the room. It was about 32 degrees. So made sleeping a bit difficult. But priced cheaper than other places. So it is a safe clean place for a night

10.0The room was a great value and was quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk all around the town easily. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful.
