9.0El complejo es precioso, las actuaciones en directo, la piscina, las habitaciones... muy cómodos.
− Las puertas chirrían y hacen ruido. Deberían engrasar las del baño y las del armario

2.0El hotel es enorme así como la habitación y está limpio
− El personal es muy desagrable. Quisimos tomar un café en la cafetería y tardó 10 minutos en aparecer alguien para atendernos y cuando lo hizo fue de todo menos amable. En la piscina tienen los 40 principales puestos muy alto, con anuncios incluidos, al preguntar si había opción de bajar el volumen o desconectar alguno de los múltiples altavoces el hombre del chiringuito me contestó "si le molesta la música, se puede ir usted", sinceramente me parece una falta de respeto. Todo esto hace que la experiencia sea mala, creo que deberían poner atención a este tema

9.0Los exteriores son preciosos y el spa muy completo. Camas cómodas y almohadas también. Baño muy amplio y habitación grande No hay ruidos por lo que puedes descansar bien. El personal muy atento. Buena temperatura. Sitio ideal para descontectar y relajarse.
