10.0Персонал восхитительный! Чуть чуть простудились, пока гуляли, нам принесли мед и лимон. Отвечали на все вопросы в любое время дня и ночи. Отель напротив парка с минеральной водой.

Nice hotel with wonderful spa and nice location
8.0The spa is the highlight of this hotel! It’s spacious, modern, beautifully maintained, and offers a great variety of facilities and treatments. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The hotel staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. They kindly assisted me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, the views are beautiful, and waking up to the sound of the river felt incredibly peaceful, almost like meditation. My room was clean, the bathroom was modern with an excellent shower, and the breakfast had a great selection.
− The only downside was the furniture in the room. It feels quite worn and outdated, with a scuffed headboard, old carpet, worn desk, and walls that could use some refreshing. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

9.0Шикарное местоположение отеля. В двух шагах от Боржоми парка. Отель стильный и красивый.
− Внутри номера отделка уже "уставшая", требует замены. Улица, которая используется для подъезда и выезда из отеля, узкая, с учётом припаркованных на ней машин практически односторонняя. Можно было бы сделать выезд с другой стороны отеля. Но он пл каким-то причинам закрыт.
