My favorite place to stay in Shymkent.
10.0I really enjoy staying at Rixos hotels, so I have a good basis for comparison. This one in Shymkent is among the most beautifully decorated, in the best sense of the word. What truly stands out, however, is the breakfast—especially the bakery section. Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious.
Horrible staff.

− No kettle no iron in the room. Had call 5 times to ask to bring it. Doesn’t worths the money
