10.0El agradable trato humano, pues uno de mis hijos es autista y le sucedió un pequeño "accidente", pero el personal al saber de la condición me dijeron que entendían la situación y que no había por qué hacer un cargo extra y que nos recibirán con los brazos abiertos cuando requiramos. Eso me gustó porque tienen empatía y excelente servicio
− En la habitación que nos tocó (grande) la televisión solo da para que la vea una de las camas, si ambas tuvieran vista a la televisión al mismo tiempo estaría genial. Por lo demás, es muy recomendable
