8.0Super vriendelijk personeel die een goede uitleg geeft over het hotel en wat het allemaal inhoud. De onsen waren heel netjes en fijn. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt gekregen. Veel gratis faciliteiten zoals een shuttlebus die je heen en terug brengt naar een gewenste locatie, gratis koffie en thee in de “lobby”, gratis voetmassage apparaat tegenover de onsen en ook lekkere gratis drankjes op de kamer in de koelkast.
− Alles was goed alleen wij Europeanen zijn gewend om op een dik matras te liggen, hier slaap je natuurlijk op de grond op een best dun matrasje dus dat was wel wennen. Maar het gaat natuurlijk om de leuke en authentieke ervaring in Japan.

10.0Einfach alles! Extrem hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer, großartiges Onsen sogar mit Sauna und Kaltwasserbecken, sehr gutes Essen und persönliche Betreuung. Auch der Fahrradverleih funktioniert einwandfrei und man erhält E-Bikes.
− Die Klimaanlage war nachts recht laut, trotz der niedrigsten Einstellung.
Un vrai moment pour soi dans une ambiance appaisante avec une restauration très raffiné.
9.0Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner délicieux avec un service impeccable. Le service de navette avec la gare.
− Yukata un peu usé, les grandes tailles (XXL) ne sont pas proposé, la clim de la chambre est très bruyante.

10.0L'endroit est vraiment très joli et tout le personnel est au petit soin. Des bains sont présents à l'hôtel et les chambres de type japonais donnent sur un tres joli jardin. Petit déjeuner traditionnel incroyable. Je conseille aussi de réserver le dîner kaiseki. Vos repas seront pris dans des salles à manger privé. Certes il est un peu plus loin, mais ils prêtent des vélos (moins de 5min du centre) ou ont un système de navette. Bref une chouette expérience et merci pour l'accueil.
