Reasonable accommodation for 1 or 2 nights
8.0Enjoyed interacting with the front desk staff. Breakfast is included, either basic American or Thai breakfast (chicken rice soup). Location is good on beach and near the walking street. Bungalow is basic with mosquito net, and fan, but also with television and hot water shower which is not common for fan bungalows. Quite similar to other bungalows in the area, not the Taj Mahal, and not a disaster zone.

10.0I live because you just wake up and you are already on the beach, very convenient to have a lunch or dinner, dont need to pay for sitting in the beach chairs, can stay all day watching the view. The room is quite good.. I was in the fan room but I had a animal visitor during the night, that I dont know what was that. I had some cookies and it came during night time to eat, once there is a gap btw the wall and the ceiling.
Ok but room was noisy
6.0The location on the beach was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However my room was located behind a local family’s home. Therefore it was very noisy at night and early in the morning. This room should e avoided. It wasn’t great value for money but accommodation is pricey on Koh Lipe. Generally it’s ok but I’ve stayed at better places on the island.

4.0Lots of noise from the houses next door. Holes in mosquito net. WiFi not working.
