We spent two weeks at Stella Hurghada, and it was absolutely perfect. Everything from the incredibly friendly staff and the delicious food to the prime location was top-notch. The entire resort was kept exceptionally clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was a flawless vacation, and we highly recommend this resort.

Food was good. Pools are good and rooms are clean.

− Sales representative at front office was really annoying, not helpful at all. I was very disappointed with his attitude. Aqua rules are the most restrictive all over hurghada hotels. I stayed almost in all 5 stars hotels their that do have aqua parks and non offers their rules. The stuff are very afraid and always very protective for themselves not to face any penalties. However the manager of the aqua was the exception.

− I requested an early check-in through the Booking.com app before my arrival. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response until two days after I had already checked into the hotel, making the feature completely useless. When we arrived at the hotel late at night with our young child, I asked the reception staff about the possibility of an early check-in. Instead of providing a proper solution, the receptionist told me that he could arrange it only if I secretly paid him USD 100. Because I was traveling with my small son and had no other realistic option, I felt forced to pay the money. This was an extremely unprofessional and unethical experience. Better communication from the hotel through Booking.com could have prevented this situation and reduced the opportunity for staff to solicit unofficial payments from guests. I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor management and the unacceptable behavior of its staff.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, they made everything they could to make it a pleasant stay for us. Special thanks to assistant manager guest relation Marina Yarovenko, she was very kind and always made sure we were having a good time. Also special thanks to CEO Mister Romany for being so helpful. This hotel has everything in one place. The aquapark is the best in the region and i have been to many aquaparks but this one really stood out. The beach was absolutely mesmerizing and a great snorkeling spot. The food was amazing too and had great variety. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to have it all in one place.

The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Marina Yarovenko, Assistant Guest Relation Manager, for her exceptional hospitality and outstanding guest care. She was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a significant difference and truly enhanced my overall experience. Marina went above and beyond to assist whenever needed and made me feel valued as a guest. It is employees like her who make a hotel stand out and leave a lasting positive impression.
