Lovely stay, will use again!
10.0Friendly staff, nice room and lovely food. My daughter left a sentimental cap behind and the staff managed to locate it and are willing to post it back to us.
− The heat - might be a good idea to put an extra fan in the room we had when heat wave is in full swing as one just wasn't enough. We only stayed one night so didn't request anything, just made do.

Nice stay in the Lakes
8.0Room was small but clean. Thank goodness for the fan in the room. Food was fine.
− Too hot to sleep comfortably. We don't expect Aircon in a hotel in the Lake District, but more will have to be done to keep rooms cooler.

9.0Clean room, nice and airy in the heat. Friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Plenty of parking options.
− The alcohol gels in the communal areas and the pre filled pot of shampoo were cloudy, like they hadnt been used in a while. Some parts of the room a bit dated and pillows not comfortable for us (personal choice).
