10.0Room was very clean. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Can't beat the ocean views! Pool is clean with plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs available.

8.0In all fairness as a Floridian I understand we have been hit hard by hurricanes and they are in the middle of refurbishing. Property is a little dated, but location was perfect for what I needed. The construction was not loud when it wasn't supposed to be and I was gone most of the day, so it was not an issue. The one elevator for all floors is a bit much. Beds were not great. Long short at any room, you will have the best view of the beach, which is amazing both day and night! If you do not mind a little dated it is perfect for a week.

10.0Perfect stay AND value!! Full kitchen for our needs, comfortable beds, great view, beautiful and well maintained pool area. It does not have central air conditioning but the large unit kept our room chilly. The bedroom AC unit was not working when we arrived. We notified the office and maintenence installed a replacement within an hour! Great service.. we would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

2.0Ongoing construction at the Hotel , under renovation. They should have let us know when we book the room for an entire week. From 9am to 5pm noise was very uncomfortable. Will not book this Hotel again, this is our second vacation at a Hotel in Daytona Beach

6.0We did like the suite it was very nice and like home. Had everything we needed to cook. TV in the master bedroom had to be replaced. Maintence man was professional and did it quickly. Access to the beach was easy. Did not like the work being done outside on the building. It was very noisy and staying in the room during the day was not possible.
Spring Break
10.0We had an amazing stay! There was plenty of room for the three adults and two teenagers. The view was great. The staff were some of the friendliest we've ever encountered while traveling!
