4.0Au tout début à l’arrivée, J’ai dû appeler l’assistance car ma reservation n’était pas affichée sur l’écran d’accueil. Ensuite, la chambre puait d’une odeur dégoûtante et les draps étaient tous tachetés de saletés, de traces de sang, de café et de poussière.
