10.0I had an unexpected 5 days stay at the Ngong Hills Hotel! I originally planned only a one-night stay at the hotel on March 22, 2026, following a recommendation from my mother. However, the incredible warmth and professionalism from the staff, especially Remmie/Remjus, Joan, Wilkister, Victor, Kennedy, and Gladys, made me extend my stay to five days! The front desk and security are top-notch. The restaurant offered amazing food—the nyama choma and ugali were highlights—and the service was impeccable. This is a secure, comfortable, and well-managed hotel that truly deserves customer care awards. I will definitely be back! Thanks from Canada!
