The oceanfront place was nice and the number of pools was very nice.

− The actual condo we stayed in (3202) had dirty sheets, and pieces of garbage throughout, plus stinky mildew towels in the washer from a previous renter. The condo could use some updating of furniture as well as some of the chairs were rusted and wouldn't move.

The staff were friendly and good customer service.

− While the property grounds are beautiful and the front desk and security staff are exceptionally pleasant, the room conditions pose severe health, safety, and operational concerns. The guest rooms were uncomfortably hot, and utilizing the air conditioning requires a non-refundable fee of over $36 per night. Operating the air conditioning was also exceptionally difficult due to outdated remotes with low batteries. Furthermore, the sanitation standards are unacceptable; there was a visible infestation of large cockroaches, the window blinds were heavily accumulated with dust, and previous guests' food waste—specifically a dinner roll and Fritos—was left on the floor underneath the beds. The flooring throughout the upstairs bathroom was heavily stained brown, and long hair from previous guests was found in the showers of both units. Additionally, the bookshelf in Room 103 was completely unorganized and haphazardly shoved with books. Collectively, these oversights indicate a complete lack of thorough housekeeping prior to our check-in. Most concerningly, the air conditioning units are a severe health hazard. Every single unit across both of my booked rooms (Room 103, which contained four units, and Room 1103, which contained three units) was covered in mold, exposing my ten-month-old and four-year-old children to extreme health risks. Structural safety was also heavily compromised; the spiral staircase leading to the loft in Room 103 was precariously held together at the top by plastic zip ties, and the railings on the lanai were dangerously loose. Finally, management oversight was evident even in the basic amenities: the in-unit washer and dryer featured a prominent sign instructing guests not to use powder detergent, yet the complimentary laundry detergent provided by the hotel was powder.

Fabulous condo and resort grounds!

Pool by the ocean was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. The 2 porches were lovely to enjoy in the mornings and for dinners. The furnishings were super nice and the kitchen was well stocked.

− Prior knowledge about the 5pm front desk closing would have been nice (we got there at 5:15 and was helped by the maintenance man but needed to go back in the morning for finish the paperwork and get the car pass). It would also have been nice to know the daily A/C cost ahead of time so we could have had more time to make a decision.

− チェックイン前に施設に入るのにゲートを通らないと行けないが、なかなか通れなかった。ベルを押しても、スタッフがおらず、ボイスメッセージを何回も入れた。電話したが待ち時間が長かった。
