Not worth the money

The bed was super comfy and the lovely agents did their best to try and help with the issues we had.

− There was no hot water when we got there, which we were advised to tinker with the gas fittings to fix. The spa bath didn’t work either which was the main reason we booked there. We were offered to use the spa in the next door unit which ok on the surface is a solution but not exactly the complete romantic retreat package we booked and paid for. The back outside is so overgrown it makes the rooms dark and gloomy with no view of anything and overrun with mosquitos. The front deck area also overgrown with rubbish and litter under the plants that has obviously been there for some time. Lack of maintenance and care on an expensive property.

The place was nice and clean. We love the small little outdoor deck area.

− Not much bodywash to last 2 people for a couple of days worth of showers

The bed was very comfortable and layout was nice It was very good to have a carport Bathroom and laundry were good It has the potential to be excellent but small things let it down Gardens are quite nice

− As they had no dishwasher I expected a tea towel and maybe a chux to wipe down benches none were supplied.. it was mentioned in instructions to leave dishes etc cleaned and benches clear pretty hard without the above There were no cleaning products at all No oven The door out to the front area couldn’t be opened so to access the front bbq I had to go thru the bedroom and spar area then thru the louvers to access. As a result I didn’t use it The screen door from the kitchen wouldn’t lock I felt it could have been a really good apartment that was let down by small things that were really annoying .

We loved the privacy, especially for our car as we were moving states and our belongings felt safe. Dog loved it. Back area does back onto a main road, so had to watch the dog but that was ok. Anges Waters doesn't have alot to do, so having this nice accommodating place to stay helped. We would stay here again.

Clean in the end our first villa had not been cleaned so we were moved to another villa but could not use spa

− A small fence around outside back area as could not let dog outside on his own main road at back of property
