10.0Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Unique hotel with very cool antique furniture, which was a nice touch. Very interesting decor and lots of attention to detail as well. Our stay felt like being transported back in time! Dinner here was a culinary experience. The chef and staff were excellent and the meal was superb. And breakfast was awesome! It’s important to note that the food is also locally sourced and homemade, and delicious too! Only drawback was that the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable - stiff mattress and pillows.

10.0Concierge incredibly helpful - Connie was a lovely human being. The restaurant for both breakfast & dinner was delightful. Every detail of the hotel had so much care and love. We adored all of the quirky furnishings and the artwork too. A lovely stay - wish we could’ve had longer!

10.0Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. Would recommend eating at the hotel restaurant - a beautiful setting for dinner and fresh ingredients used. The breakfast was simple but lovely and the hotel went to effort to make sure we knew where all the ingredients were sourced from. It felt like an authentic Swiss countryside experience. The location is quite remote but easily accessible by frequent 311 busses. There is a short but steep walk up hill to the hotel but we got quite used to this by the end of our trip!

8.0Leider hat uns das sehr harte Bett schlecht schlafen lassen und der tropfende Wasserhahn die ganze Nacht war auch nicht so prickelnd. Aber Essen, Service und das sehr freundliche Personal war Topp.
