Almost a perfect 5 star experience!

Me and my family had a great time here, on a tennis holiday organised by my tennis club. The only negative was the way in which our food allergies were dealt with. We emailed the hotel in advance of our allergies, however, on arrival it was clear that they had not done anything to prepare for this. We were pleased, however, with the efforts they put in to rectify this (such as buying in gluten free porridge and museli for breakfast). We also found that a lot of the allergy labels at the restaurant were wrong / inaccurate. I really hope that they put a lot of detailed work to ensure that these are correct going forward. We look forward to coming back next year and, hopefully, they are able to deal with our allergies better.

Great staff, good food (although more vegan/dairy free dessert options needed). Beds could have been a little softer, shelf needed in the shower. Other than that, a truly fab holiday, great location and will definitely be visiting again.

Just got back home from our favourite place, our third time at this wonderful resort, the place is kept absolutely spotless, the beach restaurant is amazing, the food is really good, catering for every taste, the pool areas are really good, didn’t visit the silent pool this year, had great fun in the sea with the waves crashing over us, all the staff were really pleasant and professional, had the speed boat trip, well worth the money, will be back next year.

Amazing, this was our 5th visit to this hotel and every time it has been outstanding. The facilities are superb especially the water park, our grandchildren aged 11 and 13 have great fun, and the lazy river and whirlpool sections are great for just relaxing. We always book a superior room, which has ample room, whether it is a family or just a double room, it's cleaned each day to a high standard and equipped with a fridge that is replenished daily. There are 4 restaurants to choose from with 2 being beach front with lovely views of the sea and the sunset. the food is very very good, plenty of variety, with hygiene to a really high standard, a lot of the cooking taking place in front of you, the grilled Trout being our favourite. That just leaves entertainment, I can't comment on the daytime activities as we have not accessed them, but there appears to be plenty going on. However, the evening entertainment is varied, something for everyone with musicals, like Aladdin and the Little Mermaid preformed to e very high standard. all in all I would give this hotel 10 out of 10, visit it you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be returning in 2026.

We have just returned from Ali Bey Park and as a family, we would have to say this is one of the best holidays we have been on for a very long time. The whole stay and experience was exceptional. From the settings of the park to the food in all the restaurants. We stayed in a Family Room and we were very happy with the suite. Yes it's a little dated and the shower is a little small but it had everything we needed and was cleaned on a daily biases. Plenty of storage for all four of us and the beds were very comfortable. The setting for the site is just amazing and we loved the fact that you have your own little block for accommodation and not your standard large hotel. The grounds are superb, very well maintained and the walk to the beach or restaurants is always a pleasure. Yes it's a big site but once you get your bearing, it's quite easy to navigate using the grid system and the maps located at every water feature. We ate at four of the restaurants and never struggled to get a table. There was always plenty of choice for all our meals and plenty of variation on the evening meals. For an all inclusive, the food was exceptional. As a family we don't normally watch the entertainment as the kids just want to do their own thing but this time they wanted to watch every show. The shows were excellent and a lot of variety to suit everyone. From the performers brought in, to the entertainment crew, it was outstanding. My only criticism is that even though it says reservation of tables was not allowed, it didn't stop some families leaving objects on tables to reserve them. We would have to get there 45 minutes before the shows just to get a decent table. But what really set this holiday aside from every other was the staff. They're so hard working but always there to help you. From the restaurant to the bar staff, they were so helpful and friendly. Always there to clear tables, take your order and deliver your drinks. It was so nice to have table service for drinks. All the staff are a credit to this hotel. So would we return to Ali Bey? You bet! We have already started looking for next year and the kids are so excited to be returning. Thank you to Ali Bey and all their staff for creating such amazing memories.

Second time visiting (went a couple of years ago) and the standards are still superb. It's a very big place so if you don't like the beach then you have three pools or the water park and that means nowhere is over crowded, and you can get a sunbed later in the day so there's none of that lunacy of people getting up earlier to bag places. Even the bars at the even shows only take a couple of minutes to serve drinks. And even if one restaurant closes you can get food and drinks in any one (inc the all night buffet) and the range of food options in them is massive. Be warned, if you like eating a lot like me then you will come back heavier. Great for families as the customer base is a very nice one and there's loads of staff constantly looking after things who are very helpful. BTW. everything is ultra all inclusive now so you really can order whatever you like at the bar vs old reviews. I also contacted the hotel and got them to arrange transport and that was extremely nice as it takes just over an hour. Little minibar and pick-up right outside the terminal exit rather than a coach or whatever, was worth the cost as they didn't waste any time stopping elsewhere.
