Very helpful staff and friendly, I liked that there was 24 hour reception and how clean the room was
8.0I liked how clean it was and that there was a fan and an open window as it was warm.
− Tis is not the hotels fault, but as with all hotels, it was noisy with people banging their doors and going to the toilet.
Wonderful, Friendly, and Clean
9.0My room was comfortable and attractive, with a river view, an oscillating fan, its own sink, hooks, a dresser, plenty of pillows, and a padded headboard to make it comfy to sit up in bed. The entire hotel was sparkling clean. The bathroom was cleaned throughout the day; each time, they made a little point with the end of the toilet paper! I was assisted by four employees during my stay, all of them friendly and helpful. They were happy to store my luggage in a secure closet on both my arrival and departure days for no extra charge. This place is a great value for the money.
− The river follows the the main road, so the river view rooms have road noise. On a Friday night, the traffic ended around midnight, but people passed by speaking--even yelling-- throughout the wee hours. Even with ear plugs, I was awakened several times. The rear-facing rooms and weeknights might be better.
