10.0We had such a wonderful stay at Les Fleurs Luxury House and would happily choose this lovely place again whenever we return to Rome. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Rome and just a few minutes’ walk from the Spanish Steps. We stayed here with our 1.5-year-old daughter, and from the very beginning, everyone did their best to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. A very special thank you to Eric and Oti at reception, who were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Every day, they assisted us with anything we needed and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to visit and discover around Rome. We would also like to thank the other gentleman at reception, who was equally kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were given a room on the first floor, which made everything so much easier for us while travelling with a small child. Housekeeping was done daily and to an excellent standard. A special thank you also to the two lovely ladies who took care of our room — they were always smiling, warm and incredibly sweet, especially with our little daughter. In fact, the entire team made her feel so welcome and showed her so much affection throughout our stay. We also truly appreciated the team’s kindness and flexibility in helping us with a late check-out, which made a big difference when travelling with a toddler. Beautiful location, immaculate and spacious rooms, but above all, genuinely warm and caring people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Thank you, Eric, Oti and the entire team for making our stay in Rome so special. If we return to Rome, Les Fleurs Luxury House will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!
