9.0Ubicación excelente junto a Plaza de España, muy buen apartamento: amplio, limpio y en general muy acogedor.
− Quizás algunas pequeñas mejoras internas en cuanto a mobiliario. La entrada y zonas comunes del edificio (aunque supongo que están fuera de su responsabilidad) si requieren de intervención.
