A fantastic spacious room with great views on the mountains. Friendly staff and a real resort feeling. Nice to walk in the parc. We also liked the variaty of food at diner and breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool were basic but enjoyable and clean. The surroundings of Jermuk are worth at least a 3 days visit. The waterfall was impressive.

− The price is high. The sauna and pool was not a quiet place because of families playing there. The staff did really not know how to walk to the waterfall, we asked locals on the street.

The hotel has beautiful facilities, a great location, and one of its biggest strengths is its staff. There are plenty of employees throughout the hotel, and every member of the team we interacted with was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent service deserves recognition.

− One issue was the pillows. They were far too soft and provided almost no support. We woke up every morning with neck pain, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. But the worst issue was the food that completely ruined what could have been an excellent experience. The quality of the meals was unacceptable. Every day the food seemed to get worse instead of better. There was very little variety in the main courses, and it often felt as though no care or attention had gone into their preparation. For a hotel of this standard, the food was extremely disappointing. The saddest part is that Armenia has one of the most amazing cuisines in the world. During our trip we tasted outstanding local food elsewhere, so we know how incredible Armenian cooking can be. It is a real shame that this hotel serves food that does not represent the country’s culinary heritage. Instead of showcasing the rich flavors Armenia is famous for, it gives guests the exact opposite impression and does a disservice to the country’s reputation. I truly hope the management takes this seriously. Improving the restaurant and offering guests a choice of pillow firmness would make a significant difference, because everything else about the hotel has the potential to be excellent.ding local food elsewhere, so we know how incredible Armenian cooking can be.
