10.0Perfect room. There is a Boat Club on the property. New law, have to have a boat license through the Mn DNR to rent a boat. I will go back sometime with boat license in pocket.

8.0The unit we stayed in is definitely not a 10 - the rating by Expedia. I would rate it a 7 or 8. It was very tired. The hot tub was not working. The bathroom downstairs is in need of updating. There are cracked tiles in two rooms. The exterior was partly covered in mildew.

8.0Getting to the unit was not the easiest as it had a flight of about 7-8 stairs to go down and then a boardwalk to walk on to get around and to the front of the unit to get in. Definitely not handicapped accessible. The inside of the unit was dated, but clean. It looked like new carpeting had been put in recently. A couple of lights were burned out, but maintenance was able to fix that. Biggest complaint was the air conditioning. Daughter-in-law said that the downstairs bedroom was very cold, but that the rest of the unit was warm. Liked the indoor pool.
