10.0We had a wonderful stay at Arjaan by Rotana Istanbul. The location is excellent, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely Emre at the reception. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. His warm welcome, cooperation, and genuine smile made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Employees like Emre make a real difference and are one of the main reasons we would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul. Thank you to the entire Arjaan by Rotana team, and a special thank you to Emre for making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
