The resort is beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature, with impeccable maintenance, excellent food, wonderful gardens, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and reconnect. What made our stay even more special was the outstanding service. We would especially like to recognize Loki, our Guest Experience Maker, who made us feel welcome from our very first WeChat conversation. He anticipated our needs, responded quickly to every request, and always helped with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. His professionalism is exceptional, but what stands out most is his humanity. He combines outstanding service with a personal touch that made us feel completely at home. We highly recommend this resort and hope to return again soon. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience.
