Price is right if you can put up with a lot of noise pollution.
4.0Good location. Price is good.
− Noise pollution, the quality of guests staying there and the South American culture. Noise pollution. The building is old and was not properly designed. Noise echoes and there is a lot of noise pollution. The guests are loud and lack mindfulness, often yelling or talking loud at night. The hotel staff talks loud and will wake you up in the morning. The South American culture is very loud and selfish. People do not think of others. A lot of music and talking.
