8.0- The receptionist Mr/ Mustafa was so helpful according to his scope . - The GM. Amr Adel is a super super kind person and he owns the magic stick to change all the staff quality by 360 degree in 30 min only . - great quality and variety food . - entertainment team doing their best to make everyone happy.
− - no body checked the room before we arrived it was very dirty and broken but Mr/ Mustafa helped us to change it to better one and it was clean and big enough - staff was not polite at 1st but Mr/ Amr (GM) changed everything after the complains.

9.0Très bon petit déjeuner (crêpes, oeufs, beaucoup de choix). Le système de buffet-servi est bien, limitant le gâchis. Lits très corrects, salle de bain également. Belle piscine et aménagements côté plage ok
− La climatisation de notre chambre peinait a vraiment rafraîchir. Souvent en mode ventilateur plutôt que réellement refroidissement. Les boissons du restaurant, au petit déjeuner ou aux déjeuner/dîner, ne sont vraiment pas terribles (sauf la bière, peut-être) Douche froide, même si à cette période (juillet), ça passe facilement. Les squatteurs de matelas à la piscine ou en bord de mer
