2.0The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely.

10.0Excelente, todo perfecto desde el ingreso, limpieza en todos los lugares que utilicé del hotel, todo en buen estado, en óptimas condiciones, el trato del personal excelente y muy empáticos. Siempre me ayudaron en lo que necesité. Sugiero iluminar la terraza por la noche la cual tiene linda vista, más de noche.
