BULLSHIT. THE STAFF RUINED THE STAY FOR ME

− The staff, told me if I want a late checkout it was fine but there is a fee. Staff proceeded to bang on my door repeatedly till i woke up after telling them I would do a late checkout.

Excellent customer service at average motel
6.0Excellent customer service both by phone and upon check in. They let us check in an hour early and pick between two rooms. Linens were clean and bed/pillow was comfortable
− There was a mildew smell, likely from a leak that caused the carpet near the door to be wet after a rainstorm. There was some cobwebs, but otherwise it was clean. The motel is on a busy road and there's no sound reduction due to the window a/c. We could hear every car door locked and motorcycle revving down the street. The neighbor pounded on the door at 2am on our second night. There's no curtains, but we brought a travel blackout panel that helped a lot
