10.0This is the best hotel in Brevard , stay here close to everything. Had a great vib and out door hammocks, firepit just so clean & walk to down town . We will be back.

10.0Being a native of Brevard I’ve never stayed here until now. Wow! I was proud of this little gem! Didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I did, they were friendly and helpful! Those little sugar packets in cellophane for coffee are just teasers, lol. Even though it sat next to a busy highway traffic sound was not an issue. My room was clean and cozy! My bed was comfy and my two small dogs were welcome. Fixtures in the bathroom reminded me of my grandparents homes and good memories. Simpler living. What you see is not what you get, there’s more! Meaning, behind the rooms is a little oasis of picnic tables, hammocks, fire pits and areas for relaxing to enjoy nature! Oh, they also provide waste bags for pets and disposal box. If you enjoy feeling like you’ve come home, this is for you! Thank you Sunset Motel!

8.0I liked the uniqueness. Not a chain motel trying to keep up with the most recent fads. Nearby traffic was a bit louder than I expected, considering the town has a 35 mph limit.
