Miserable we stayed for five nights and cannot wait to get out or there but was told that it was nonrefundable

− Rude stuff, uncomfortable, and not welcoming do not feel safe nor willing to replace towels or blankets we ran out of toilet paper and did not replace.

1.0FRONT DESK RUDE, IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY, THE LADY WAS RUDE NO SPANISH SPEAKING PERSONNEL ALSO. SCREAMING AT THE GUESS FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING. I SPOKE WITH THEM BY PHONE TO SETTLE THE PAY ANSWER SWEET BY IN PERSON SHE IS SOMETHING ELSE.
