10.0De locatie is super, net buiten het drukste deel van de stad. De service is uitstekend, zo wordt je auto bv voor je geparkeerd en voorgereden. Een ruime ryokan, waar je bij aankomst thee geserveerd wordt door je host. Diner en ontbijt zijn inbegrepen en worden op traditionele wijze geserveerd door je host. Hier wordt de ervaring van goed geweldig gemaakt. Op de kamer ligt een onsen pas klaar waarmee je de 7 onsen kunt bezoeken. De jakutta en houten slippers kun je ook gebruiken.

8.0Good location, very friendly staff and owner. They really went above and beyond to try to make my stay enjoyable.
− In-house onsen was not really impressive. Food was not to my taste, and overall quality of beds was a bit rough. That said, it was okay, but for the price - comparatively to other onsens I stayed in Japan it didn't really stand out or left a strong impression.

10.0Everything about our stay at Tsutaya Ryokan was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond during our stay to make sure that we were content and comfortable. We had a traditional Japanese evening meal and breakfast included in our booking, which I highly recommend for those who want to experience traditional Japanese cuisine. The ryokan is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of several of the town’s onsens and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The staff even offered to drive us to the station on the morning of our check out! Our stay was absolutely wonderful and was an experience that I will never forget.
