− Buren kwamen in weekend ochtend storen door tuinonderhoud, gesnoei en gezaag, weg was onze privacy

10.0really close to the ski hill and hiking trails loved the cottage feel and amenities
− lots of stairs the cleaning fee is pretty high and we would have expected to pull out clean cutlery perhaps the cleaners can clean the knives and cutlery as the drawers are filthy too. We always wash our dishes and cutlery anyway and are very clean. The only reason I am advising is that you charge another $400 cleaning fee and that is excessive

This log home is lovely, but needs some TLC as it is tired.
6.0The location and privacy was great, being that is was the shoulder season.
− There were many kitchen items that were missing because the inventory had not been done. There were items that were not working, needed repair, or required cleaning. The gas fireplace pilot light was not on so a maintenance person had to come to turn it on.

8.0House was in a perfect location. Would be great in winter. But the house is lacking kitchen amenities, the dishwasher does not clean dishes, the floors in the house were filthy and left everyone’s feet many socks black. The fridge was turned up to act as a pantry instead of a fridge. Something we did not look for when loading with groceries. We had to throw out any products like milk or yogurt the next morning and then set the fridge properly to a fridge. We were not provided an access code before arrival and had to call and wait to get one to which we were told they would email the owners and then get back to us. The property is located in a part of the complex that is hidden. So we drove around for 20 minutes trying to find it. Then had to call and wait for someone to direct us how to find the property. A map with the check in procedure would be super helpful. Overall the property is beautiful and in a great location. But lacking care and customer service.
