Great value hotel
10.0The hotel is very good hotel with amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you and they are always smiling and welcoming, there is great options for food and drink and many bars and pools to go to, and the al’carte restaurants are amazing, so overall a great value hotel, I would definitely recommend it
Fantastic hotel, excellent service
10.0This hotel is excellent. I’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and this is by far the best. It’s like a small village with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. The food is excellent and the choice is huge. They have themed nights for variety and 4 different Al a carte restaurants. You can book in for 3. The beach is lovely golden sand and the sea entry is shallow and child friendly and warm. There is a private beach with free loungers. There are a few shows each week and live music in the Duden bars. Food is available 24 hours a day. The staff are really friendly and I would shout out Serma at breakfast and Erol in Time Out and Mehmet in the Duden bar. The Ficus bar has great sea views but is closed in the evening and used for the fondue place, which is a shame. Lunch there is a must. The theatre bar is poor and the pool bars close early. This could be improved especially during busy periods. The rooms are great and clean with fresh bathroom towels every day. Pool towels can be exchanged every day if you wish. I would definitely recommend this place.

8.0Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. A tengerpart is fantasztikus, tiszta a víz és a part is. Mindig van nyugágy és napernyő, a legnagyobb forgalomban is. A személyzet végtelenül kedves kivétel nélkül mindenki. Az ételválaszték több, mint elegendő. A programok is remekek. Az első nap egy hangos generátor miatt ( másnap már nem volt hangos! )másik szobát kértünk és szó nélkül adtak egy sokkal jobbat. Ez nagyon kedves volt a szállodától. A medencék nagyon tiszták, a kert gondozott. Mindent szépen takarítanak, azonnal leszedik az asztalokat, amint megette a vendég. Gyorsak a felszolgálók kivéve az a la carte éttermekben. A Berke nevű felszolgáló a Gőzlemés- palacsintás lenti kis étteremnél különösen nagyon kedves, mosolygós, előzékeny és udvarias volt. Nagyon köszönjük neki is a fantasztikus kiszolgálást. A vendég a kijelentkezés napján is addig marad a szállodában, az ellátást is igénybe véve, amíg szeretne, csak a szobát kell délig elhagyni. Lehetőség van arra, hogy a zuhanyzásra, átöltözésre egy külön szobát kérjen, teljesen díjmentesen, ez is nagyvonalú gesztus a szálloda részéről.
− Az ágy borzasztó kényelmetlen. Illetve a matrac. Háromszor cserélték kérésünkre, de egytől egyig puha, süppedős a közepén egy nagy gödörrel. Gondolom ezer éves kifeküdt matracok. Ez nagyon rossz 9 éjszakán keresztül. Ami még csalódás volt, az az, hogy egyáltalán nincs lime és tejszín. Kókuszszirup sincs. Ez azért jópár koktél eredeti elkészítését gátolja. Nagyon rosszak voltak. A jégkrémek közül a legfinomabb, a cornetto csak az első két nap volt elérhető. Ez is csalódás volt. Beszerezhettek volna máshonnan, ha a beszállítójuk ezt nem tudta megoldani. Az a la carte éttermeik nagyon rosszak. Ezekre a helyekre az eredeti országok séfjeit kellene hívni és eredeti alapanyagokkal dolgozni. Így ehetetlen borzalmakat kreálnak. Senkinek sem ajánlanám, mi ott is hagytuk az éttermet. Kijöttünk gyorsan, hogy még időben elérjük a központi helyen lévő vacsorát. Utánunk még több párt láttunk eljönni. Ez is nagy csalódás volt. A 18 óráig nyitva tartó lenti medencés bárhoz elkélne pár felszolgálóval több 16 óra után, mert ilyenkor legalább fél órát kell várni egy sörre.

10.0Отель классный, все очень понравилось. Расположен немного на возвышенности , много лестниц, лифты работают медленно. Людям с больными суставами и с колясками нужно это учитывать. Шикарный номер с джакузи, виды с балкона великолепные. Номер с джакузи просторный, но ванная комната маленькая. Есть все душевые принадлежности (гель, шампунь, кондиционер, молочко д/тела), тапочки, халаты, весы, холодильник. Минибар пополняется каждый день (вода, пиво efes, cola, sprite, соки). В номере есть чайник. Персонал мега вежливый, все вопросы решались быстро. Ресторан выше всех похвал, разнообразно, очень вкусно, часто устраивали тематические вечера (рыбный, мексиканский...), есть аля карт (турецкий, итальянский, рыбный, фондю, китайский), путевки от 7 дней включено 3 ресторана, но мы были очень довольны основным рестораном и сходили только в турецкий. Еды много, все очень вкусно, круглосуточно. Пляж песчаный, мелкий, лежаков много и всем хватало, полотенца меняют вечером у бассейна (депозита за полотенца нет). Лежаки у бассейна занимали с раннего утра, у бассейна всегда все было занято весь день. Несколько бассейнов, 2 горки. Команда анимация хорошая, дартс, бочча, йога и т.п., каждый вечер шоу в амфитеатре, отдельно живая музыка в veranda bar, нет только дискотек. Можно бесплатно поиграть в настольный теннис (около водных горок), в game center есть биллиард бесплатно, боулинг 18 евро - 30мин, игровые автоматы по жетонам. Отель большой, много разных локаций, где можно посидеть, совсем не чувствуется скученность, территория продумана, очень зеленая и ухоженная. Рядом старый город Сиде, по набережной 20-30мин в одну сторону.
− Неудобные подушки. Не было ежедневной дискотеки, но была по определенным дням. Лифты медленные.
