9.0Great room and staff were friendly, no room service but was able to get food from the bar and take it to my room
− No room service available at all, left my charger in the room and even though I called to confirm they had and would keep it for me until the following week when I returned in the safe the member of staff when I returned could not locate it.

9.0非常好的一家酒店 里面有餐厅酒吧 白天也有提供免费的茶水 距离华威城堡大概15分钟的车程 晚餐选项不多 但价格其实不算太贵 味道也还不错 有很多的停车位 我的房间有浴缸 感觉酒店建在森林里 很适合度假
− 客房洗澡其中有几日没有热水 他们说安排了维护人员并提供了临时的解决方案 但这确实对我造成了不便 酒店应该考虑是否提供午餐 而不是早餐和晚餐 Wi-Fi在大堂不错但在客房内Wi-Fi强度不佳
