− Falta más amabilidad por parte de los recepcionistas y que estén uniformados. Hay cucarachas en las habitaciones hace falta que fumiguen todas las instalaciones.

− No fue buena la atención en la recepción, poca amabilidad, al llegar al Hotel para hacer el Check-In, nuestras habitaciones no estaban listas, a pesar de haber llegado ya tarde....nos toco dejar nuestro equipaje y pertenencias en la recepción, al dejar nuestras pertenencias se me extravió una chaqueta nueva
