6.0overall clean room and nice staff. our toilet water didn’t fill up in its own until the middle of the night. every use before that, we had to fill up the trash can with water and dump it in the toilet tank just so we could flush. no elevator but not so bad since there are only 2 floors.

6.0The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible. We requested a ground floor room because my husband has bone cancer. They did not pay attention to our request and put us upstairs. I HAD TO DRAG ALL OUR STUFF UPSTAIRS WITH OUR DOGS, BYMYSELF BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A ELEVATOR.
