10.0the property was in great condition outside and especially inside was superb, it was very clean and very tidy the bedroom was ample size for what we needed and again so clean and fresh the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean, the dinning room was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic great full english and other breakfast items available. overall i great place to stay and great people that owned it would recommend highly.
