− Living area has big table to suit but not much area to relax together, so slightly adhoc for lots of people to relax together

Great dog friendly property closeto Exmouth
9.0Big property for large groups with 3 bedrooms all with bunk beds. Large, well equipped kitchen, big dining table with benches. Great for dogs, very close to the beach and 30 minutes drive to Exeter. We had a great time
− No TV, but not a problem as we bought board games with us.
