Frühstück war top und die Lage mit Blick direkt aufs mehr sehr schön & ruhig am Rande von Cala Millor und nahe zu Cala Bona. Die Cocktails von der Bar schmecken sehr gut & jedes Zimmer hat Blick aufs Meer.

− Die Liegen am Pool werden rechtzeitig vorreserviert und dem halben Tag nicht genutzt. Platz für mehr liegen ist aufjedenfall bei den Grünflächen vorhanden.

Toller Service, nette Mitarbeiter, wunderschöne Hotelanlage und super Lage. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice as was last year, also the staff are very friendly & spotlessly clean

− The only complaint was the saving of beds around the pool, we pay good money & we was surprised as it wasn’t the same last year

We had a wonderful 1-week stay at this hotel! The location is right on the promenade. This is convenient and surprisingly, it was super quiet at night. The noisy bars were a little bit further so we heard nothing. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities that you can expect. The cleaning ladies were super nice and cleaned nicely whenever we asked. Loved the breakfast choice! Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

− While there are signs everywhere that you shouldn’t “reserve” a sun bed by the pool with a towel, people kept doing it every morning. If you want to have a Balinese bed, make sure you reserve well in time (weeks before your stay). They were all booked when we arrived and even when several were empty some days, we weren’t allowed to take one. You have to spend 25€ min at the bar to be allowed on those btw. Staff was nice enough but it showed they were in a hurry all the time and seemed a bit confused/annoyed when we asked for drinks or anything else. The reception is only at the hotel across the street. Finding it was a hassle and there are no signs anywhere so we had to ask multiple people for directions.

Basic but could be better with some small tweaks

Rooms are clean, beds large and comfortable, food at pool is nice and size of pool is decent for the number of people. Breakfast was fresh enough and could always get a table no problem.

− We travelled here when I was 28 weeks pregnant and selected the hotel for location and the appearance of a relaxed place with comfortable poolside beds and good amenities but unfortunately some of these were not as advertised. Reception is in a completely different building- which led to confusion on arrival and several elements which seemed silly throughout our stay. We asked for an iron,to which we were told they only had 2 or 3 for the whole hotel (three separate buildings) which seemed completely ridiculous to us. We had to wait until the next day to get an iron ( from another building) and pay €10 deposit- but they also had no boards so we had to iron on the bed or floor. Reception then called the next morning saying they needed the iron returned for another room- so we ended up ironing a weeks worth of clothes in a morning before taking it back. I think for a hotel which claims to be of a certain standard (and has this advertised as something available) this is something which could be easily fixed for a minor cost. The first night my husband had to take his clothes to a communal laundry room in a building a 10 minute walk away to use an iron- turned up and there was no iron here. I realise this may seem petty but when you are away and you have new clothes etc. you don’t want to then have to walk about with creases. The sunbeds at the marins suites are advertised to be large comfortable beds in the photographs however on arrival it is revealed you have to prebook these by agreeing to spend at least €25 a day on food or drink by the pool- which would be fine as the food is lovely- but they were consistently reserved and therefore the more traditional sunbeds were difficult to come by, and often it was hard to find two together. Taxis/Spa etc.- we called to ask for a taxi to be booked for a day trip, and to book a spa treatment and were told we had to go across the road to the main reception to do this. Again this seemed slightly unnecessary.

Bel hôtel à la décoration chaleureuse et soignée. Excellent petit déjeuner avec pains, confitures, et autres produits faits maison. Le Marin's suite adult only est très calme, de taille modérée, en front de mer, avec quelques transats matelassés en location. Accès privatif à la digue. L'absence d'enfants au Marins Suite fait une réelle différence par rapport à l'hôtel principal, bondé et bruyant.

− Le restaurant du soir est bon, sans plus, avec un choix relativement restreint. On ne reçoit qu'une bouteille d'eau pour tout le séjour
