6.0We stayed at the Marine view for 10 nights. First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. The area may seem a little sketchy at first but we had no issues walking about. The restaurant served very nice food the price was inline with other prices in the area. The pool area was quiet and we often felt it was our own private pool, Overall a good experience, I would recommend it for travellers on a budget or single travellers who want to stay central to the action. A few recommendations I would politely request are; 1. The rooms have a bin, there was only one in the bathroom. 2.Kettle with cups 3. Iron 4.regular fresh towels

The staff at The Marine View Hotel has done an excellent job in creating a positive and memorable environment for me to become a regular guest over the years whenever I visit Jamaica. Being loyal guest at The Marine View Hotel have its perks, such as receiving personalized service, special discounts, or even room upgrades.
