Easy access to Kinosaki baths, comfortable and spacious.
9.0Close to the baths, amenities like yukata, traditional feel. The staff were lovely and helpful. Very clean and spacious feeling.
− Food options in town were limited especially for lunch and not really set up to have meals in the room.
An opportunity to experience and Onsen town with yukata and obi provided along with wooden sandals.
10.0Location is just off the Main Street in Kinosaki. 8-10 minutes from the train station. They have a van to drive you depending on your arrival & departure time. They will hold your bags after check out if you have more exploring to do. Rooms were clean, comfortable and traditional Japanese style with tatami mat floors, futons for beds, and low table with comfortable chairs. Staff was courteous and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.
− Room for the toilet would be my only negative. Tiny wood paneled room with no ventilation.

10.0Onsen was great, love the provided yukatas, room was great and clean.
− The staff contacted me before hand asking about allergies. I have a gluten allergy so they informed me all restaurants on the premise would not serve me anything. They probably had a bad experience with allergies before. It was a pain but understandable. Would have enjoyed being able to get something at the restaurants (a lot of the menu looked naturally gluten free)

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
Guests without a meal plan who want to eat dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
Please note that guests with a meal plan can make a request in advance to upgrade their traditional multi-course kaiseki meal, at an additional charge. The upgraded meal features Tajima beef as part of the course.
The private hot-spring bath is available on a first come, first serve basis. Guests must make a reservation on the day they wish to use it.
