Not expensive, on main road, easy access to come and go

− Floors left my feet black, ice machine in office was extremely dirty. There was a plant growing out of the corner of the floor/wall in bathroom. Non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the office next door.

I liked that it was right off the highway with easy access to the airport

− Grounds where unkept The office stunk like body odour and you could see into the residence attached, where a man was sitting in his underwear. The room hasn’t been updated The bed was horrible Air conditioning was no up to code Old and moldy trim

Cheap and good location

− No shower towels, lots of dead bugs on the walls and the walls were not clean.

The stay was uncomfortable because of the unkempt, unclean surroundings.

The heating/cooling system was very good. It was really hot in Cranbrook and I was able to cool the room to help me sleep. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean.

− The hotel has been neglected and is in need of an overhaul. The grounds look feral, the stairs going up are terribly rusted with old peeling carpet. My room looked grungy and dirty with gouged walls and dirt on walls and doors. There was a desiccated insect of some kind stuck to the mattress. Most of the pillow cases and towels looked stained, so I wasn't sure if they were actually clean. The bathroom was okay but the tiles were cracked.

Place could do with an update - but decent nonetheless

Located just off the highway; easy to get to

− Room was clean, but it felt old and dated. The bedding could definitely do with an update, and there are random weeds coming through the flooring here and there.
