− Douchedeur sluit niet helemaal goed, daardoor wat lekkage op de vloer. Met badhanddoek op de vloer opgelost.

− Aangezien wij op de 3de verdieping zaten onder het dak was het appartement zeer warm. Airco maakt zeer veel lawaai, valt niet mee te slapen. Met ramen open slapen was geen optie; lawaai van tram, meeuwen, uitgangsbuurt, ...

− Ambiguïté dans l'annonce de Booking: on a l'impression que l’appartement a la climatisation or , une seule chambre est climatisée et la clim souffle directement sur le lit ce qui peut , pour certains être inconfortable. La deuxième chambre, et le reste de l'appartement n'est pas climatisé. Comme la pièce de vie donne vers le sud sud-ouest et est toute vitrée, il y fait chaud, même avec les rideaux fermés .
