4.0スタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。 事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。 部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。 寺院が立ち並ぶ旧市街までは歩いて10～20分程度で、州立博物館もすぐなので、ロケーション的には悪くない。 なので、サービスに期待しない上であれば、良いのかもしれない。

6.0The room is large with garden views. It is recently refurbished with new bed and furniture. We had very comfortable stay. Opportunities for improvement: 1. lift is run down and requires replacement 2.Wi-Fi service is poor as it gets disconnected quite frequently.
